RiserVibe ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

RiserVibe collects minimal data to function:

• No account required. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the app.
• Subscription data. If you subscribe to RiserVibe Pro, Apple processes the payment. We receive only a non-personal subscription status token — never your payment details.
• Local preferences. Favorites and app settings are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.
• API calls. The app makes outbound requests to financial data APIs (CoinMarketCap, Financial Modeling Prep, FRED, CNN, xAI). These requests do not include personal identifying information.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above solely to provide the app's functionality. We do not sell, share, or monetize user data in any form.

Third-Party Services

RiserVibe uses the following third-party data providers:

• CoinMarketCap — cryptocurrency price data
• Financial Modeling Prep — stock and commodity data
• Federal Reserve FRED — mortgage and bond rate data
• CNN — Fear & Greed Index data
• xAI (Grok) — AI-powered analyst summaries

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns.

Data Retention

We do not maintain servers or databases containing user data. All app preferences are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.

Children's Privacy

RiserVibe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
